Kyoto Ramen Koji Reopened After Renovating

In Kyoto Station, Kyoto Ramen Koji has reopened on 11th July. There are nine ramen stores and we can be satisfied with nine outstanding regional ramen styles at Kyoto Ramen Koji!

Introduction of stores

1.Shirakaba Sansou(Hokkaido)

A blend of shirokoji miso and white miso are mixed with sesami oil, oyster sauce, garlic and other seasonings.

2.Touyoko(Niigata)

Served alongside a bowl of “wari soup,” you can dilute the rich soup of Touyoko’s miso ramen to enjoy a sweetness.

3.Bannai Syokudo(Hukushima)

It serves Kitakata ramen. Kitakata is one of the top three ramen towns in Japan. So, it is a long-established national ramen.

4.Toyama Black Men-ya Iroha(Toyama)

Dark soy sauce with a seafood fregrance. You won’t forget the taste of the jet-black ripe deep-sea noodles.

5.Taishoken(Tokyo)

Not just the soup, but the cha-siu pork and pickled bamboo shoots are all prepared in-house.

6.Masutani(Kyoto)

The origin of backfat shoyu ramen restaurant, founded in 1948. Known as one of the tastiest traditions in Kyoto.

7.Araumado(Osaka)

Pork bone soup ramen from the foody city of Osaka. Accented with fragrantly sauteed herbs and spices for a delicious savory taste.

8.Ramen Todai(Tokushima)

Tokushima ramen features pork bone-shoyu soup base and boned pork rib stewed “skiyaki” style.

9.Hakata Ikkousha(Hukuoka)

This is the ultimate pork bone soup. Come to a heaven woven from thinly sliced flat noodles.
