Those interested in Spanish culture and food wouldn’t want to miss this exciting event, which will take place in the Event Square in Yoyogi Park, Shibuya. Over 35 food and drink booths will be there selling delicious Spanish treats, so foodies should definitely visit on an empty stomach!

For those interested in the cultural aspect of this event, there will also be lectures on Goya and Picasso artworks, as well as music, dancing, and even Spanish arts and crafts. The event is free to enter and will take place from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on the 18th (Saturday) and 19th (Sunday) of November 2017. If you’re free that weekend, head on down to Yoyogi Park to soak up Spanish culture, try some yummy tapas, and more!

2. Cheese Festa

If you’re a fan of cheese, you can’t skip out on visiting Cheese Festa 2017 at the EBiS303 building in Ebisu, a special cheese tasting festival coinciding with Japan’s National Cheese Day on the 11th of November! Cheese producers from all over the world will attend the event to offer their delicacies for tasters.

Join this festival in Ebisu to explore different kinds of world cheeses, find out what wines go well with what, and experience the exciting cheese recipe contest! Entry to this event is also free and it will take place from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on the 11th (Saturday) and until 6:00 PM on the 12th (Sunday) of November 2017.

3. Nabe Festival

Nabe is a stew-like hot pot dish that Japanese people eat in the colder seasons. It usually contains vegetables, chicken stock, tofu, and beef, though there are many varieties of this dish. Its variety is exactly what makes it so exciting! If you’d like to try many different types of nabe from all over the country in one place, check out the Nabe Festival in Hibiya Park.

The event will take place for four days, from the 23rd (Thursday) to the 26th (Sunday) of November 2017. From Thursday to Saturday, it will take place from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sunday, from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Entry is free, so why not head down there any of those days to get your fill of yummy Japanese hot pot as the weather gets colder?
