In just 10 days from now I will be touching down in Tokyo. I never foresaw myself making 2 trips to Japan in 1 year but i’m thankful for how the Lord has worked. During our time with Yoshito this spring he hinted at how great it would be if we could come back at the end of the summer for the SOMA training seminar he was hosting.
After spending the rest of that week with him, it didn’t take much convincing to imagine making a trip back to Tokyo. The parallels between Yoshito’s work and what we are doing at Karis Church are so similar. I’m truly excited to head out and spend another week with him making plans to return to Tokyo and help plant Jesus’s church there in the heart of the city. Friends, would you pray for this trip and the plans made during it? Pray for Jeremy who is joining me on this trip. He and his wife are considering joining us in this endeavor.
